Combining Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), these private therapy sessions to give you the tools to grow.
Notes: I can only accept clients that currently live in Montana.
I only work with adults, and do not work with families or children.

Learn helpful Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills in a group setting. These groups run for 12-weeks and you'll learn skills like mindfulness for daily life, boundaries and communication skills, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and more!
Please note that this is a skills group and not a process group.
